What's included

What you get.

We set up online ordering through the POS you already use, and book buttons that go straight into your booking system. How we build ordering depends on who takes the money: your POS vendor's online store, linked from your site, or our menu and cart on your site with the vendor's checkout.

Process

How a build runs.

  1. 01

    Scope

We learn how your business runs and agree on what we are building.

  2. 02

    Quote

You get a quote for that scope. A 50% deposit starts the job and the balance is due at launch.

  3. 03

    Build

You see a first draft 10 to 14 days after the deposit and your content. Three rounds of revisions are included.

  4. 04

    Launch

We go live with SEO, AEO and GEO set up, so Google and AI search tools can read every page.

  5. 05

    Care

We host your site on our own private servers, with a firewall, SSL and daily offsite backups. We check it every night. You request changes through your client portal, and every change is logged.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which POS systems do you work with?

Square and Abacus so far. If you use a different POS, tell us which one and we will check what it allows before we quote.

Who takes the payment?

Your POS vendor. Customers either order in the vendor's online store, linked from your site, or order from our menu and cart on your site and pay in the vendor's checkout. We scope the job around the one that suits you.

Can customers book an appointment through the site?

Yes. Book buttons go straight into your booking system. On Aesthetic Avenue's site they go into Timely.
